Nicola Petersen Roualdes
Nicola, a Sonoma Valley Native, prides herself on being a valuable resource to her clients and the community. She built her real estate career from the ground up, starting as a marketing and transaction assistant to various top producing agents in the Bay Area. It was in this role that she learned what it takes to provide a high level of service and the negotiation skills to get clients the most for their dollar. Her success stems from her passion for business and investing, combined with her people skills and understanding of design trends.
She is enthusiastic about helping sellers gain more exposure through high tech marketing efforts and assisting buyers find the best deals, on or off-market.
She is a proud board member of her local Homeowner’s Association and the Sonoma Young Professionals. When she is not working she enjoys going to baseball games, spending time with friends, cooking, hiking, and traveling.
