Nicola was born and raised in the Sonoma Valley. She attended California State University, Chico where she earned her Bachelor Degree’s in business, with an emphasis in Finance. While taking business classes in college, she realized real estate would be the perfect career where she could merge her passion for business and investing, with her people skills and love of design. Her business degree gives her a background in marketing, the lending process, how to make smart investments and more. 

She obtained her real estate license shortly after graduating college in 2016 and has pursed a career in real estate even since. She started from the ground up assisting various top producing teams around the North Bay and working her way up to agent status. She is driven by her passion to always live life to its fullest and to never settle.

Nicola joined Vanguard Properties in 2022. When she is not working, she enjoys going to baseball games, spending time with friends, cooking, hiking, and traveling.
